**IMPORTANT INFORMATION (PLEASE READ):**
Each piece is carefully crafted and inspected to ensure it meets our high standards before being securely sealed for protection during shipping. However, occasional postal mishandling may occur. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it within 24 hours and report any damage by emailing orders@lumiandco.com.au with photos of the damaged item in its original packaging. Removing the protective coating indicates acceptance that the item is in good condition.

Once your order is completed (within our 6-week production timeframe) you’ll receive a shipping notification.
All orders are sent via Australia Post.
If you’ve placed multiple orders and would like them combined, please reach out via email orders@lumiandco.com.au to discuss your options as we do not automatically merge them.
We always take extra care when packaging your products but in the rare case that your order arrives damaged please take clear photos of the packaging and product damage and email us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to find the best solution for a replacement or fix.
