+ We suggest using Blutak for all of our smaller items, such as wallpops etc.

+ When hanging our 1:1 Scale Birth Arch, we suggest using 3M Velcro Strips.

R E L E A S E S

As we create each product to order we are limited to the amount of products we can release at each time.

Currently our products are in high demand and will sell out within the first hour.

With high amount of traffic on our site during releases, and the limited about of products we are able to release, your product is not secure until you have completed checkout and received your confirmation email.

We realise this may cause some sadness, but rest assured we will be releasing more products in the very near future!

We have a current turn around time of up to 6 weeks + shipping time.

Our store accepts the following payment methods:

Credit Card via Shopify Payments

PayPal Payments with PayPal Express Checkout

S H I P P I N G

Once we have completed your items, based on our 6 week production time you will receive shipping notification.

All products are shipped via Australia Post.

If you place multiple orders, we will not automatically combine them, please send an email to discuss your options.

 

R E T U R N S

Whilst we are certain you will adore your products, if for some reason you are unhappy with the finished product or they have arrived damaged from post please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product.

If you return is approved, you must post back to us (at your expense) in original unused condition. When we receive your product we will confirm your refund and you will receive email confirmation. 

NO PERSONALISED/CUSTOM ORDER RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
 
If for some reason your order is incorrect, please send us an email and we will give you solutions on how we can resolve the issue!

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests we feel are unreasonable.
